By Metro:

The nearest metro stop to the race start and finish area is the NoMa-Galludet metro station on the Red Line.  As you exit out of the Florida Avenue Exit, you will see a stairwell on your right.  There is also an elevator next to the Au Bon Pain entrance.  Take the stairs or elevator up to the Metropolitan Branch Trail and turn left on the trail.  Just follow the trail and walk about 10 minutes to the race start!

By Bus:

The P6 bus route has stops a block from the race start.

By Bike:

Bike to the race start via the Metropolitan Bike Trail!  In addition, the nearest Capital Bikeshare station is at Eckington Place, NE and Q Street, NE.  After docking your bike, walk north on Eckington Place, NE.  At R Street, NE, turn right and walk two blocks to the R Street, NE entrance of the Metropolitan Bike Trail.  Turn left on the trail and walk towards the race start at S Street, NE.
